Working on the Lyft brand, I collaborated with copywriters and stakeholders to design CRM emails for the primary brand and sub-brands. The audiences for the communications included drivers, riders and bike share members.

I worked within the design system and assets library and adjusted illustrations in the communications where necessary. In addition, I worked on product animations used in the Pinky Swear campaign.
